The Mad Dogz Café is a 70 seater restaurant situated in charming thatched buildings and patios adjacent to the Monsoon Gallery. Set against the backdrop of the escarpment, the Afro chic décor, music from the African continent, tropical gardens and water features, makes this the Oasis to stop at.
This restaurant creates a very unusual menu which encompasses African & Creole cuisine, so you will find some remarkable dishes like a stunning Cajun prawn dish from New Orleans and a chicken Creole recipe from the Caribbean. Not to mention the Fresh Bream Seychellois prepared with a garlic and ginger marinade and accompanied with green mango and papaya salad, laced with chilli and coconut milk. Also a Moroccan Lamb shank served with preserved lemon.
